We're committed to providing a shopping experience you can feel confident in, from the moment you discover us to the day your order arrives.

Your confidence and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in clear communication, transparent policies, and reliable customer support. Whether you're placing your first order or returning to shop with us again, our team is here to make your experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. At Vaelo Home, we're committed to building lasting relationships through trust, care, and attention to detail.

We want you to feel confident with every Vaelo Home purchase! If your order isn't quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included. Before sending anything back, please contact our team at info@vaelohome.com with your order number. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.

Of course! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@vaelohome.com within 24 hours of purchase, including your order number. Because we work quickly to prepare your order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the initial 24-hour window. Once your order enters fulfillment or has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. If your package has already shipped, you may still request an eligible return once it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover 100% of the return shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We charge $0 in restocking fees on eligible returns. Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 7 business days.
