How far should Astriven be from the wall?
For the best image, place Astriven 3 to 4 m from the wall or ceiling. The projection area can be adjusted manually from 15 to 23 m².
Does Astriven have a timer?
Yes. Astriven has a built-in timer, and it's powered through USB with the included cable.
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Please email us at info@vaelohome.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vaelo Home covers 100% of return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
