You can request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Please email us at info@vaelohome.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours. Do I have to pay for return shipping, and when will I receive my refund?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vaelo Home covers 100% of return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
